Refund policy

1) Return window

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your item.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unused/unworn, with all tags and accessories, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3) How to start a return

Email us at mtd.germany.roman@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if there’s damage/defect). We’ll confirm next steps.

Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

4) Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, transit damage), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5) Damages, defects & wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photos/video to assess and resolve the issue.

6) Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products;

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or with broken hygiene seals (e.g., personal care/beauty);

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases;

  • Digital/downloadable goods and opened software;

  • Gift cards and final-sale items (if marked “Sale/Final”).

7) Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item per the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.

8) EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw (cancel) your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with tags/packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. To exercise this right, email us at mtd.germany.roman@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

9) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
    If 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see the refund, please contact us.

10) Condition & partial refunds

We may reduce the refund if returned items show use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error. Packaging should be protected (do not apply labels directly to the retail box).

11) Wrong address / unclaimed parcels

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected may be refunded minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.
