Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

3. Shipping carriers
We ship with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services, depending on destination and best available option.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, we may refund the product price minus shipping costs and carrier return fees.

Reshipping is possible; additional shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments

Please check your package upon arrival. If it is damaged, contact us immediately with photos.
