1. Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

• During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

2. Shipping rates & delivery times

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days

  • Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International (outside Europe): 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping carriers

We ship with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services, depending on destination and best available option.

4. Order tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

• Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

• MTD is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.

6. Undeliverable or returned packages

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, we may refund the product price minus shipping costs and carrier return fees.

• Reshipping is possible; additional shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments

• Please check your package upon arrival. If it is damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

• In cases of lost or significantly delayed packages, email us at mtd.germany.roman@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
